How do I order EU free with VAT ID number?

  1. Order form
    Place your order in the store as usual and enter your valid VAT ID number in the “Comment” field.

    Important!
    Please enter the company address exactly as it is registered in your business registration with the tax number!

  2. Order confirmation
    You will now receive an order confirmation with VAT, do not transfer this!

  3. New order confirmation
    Your VAT ID number will be checked internally. After successful verification, you will receive a NEW order confirmation without VAT.
     
  4. Bank transfer
    Please transfer this new order confirmation. Your order will be processed and dispatched once the full amount has been received. You can track the shipment using the tracking code sent to you.
